Warm Rain Corporation warrants to the purchaser of its molded fiberglass bathtub and shower modules, that it will, free of charge, repair or exchange at its option any unit found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of Warm Rain for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial installation of the unit by a licensed builder or plumber. Exchange is limited to supplying a replacement unit of comparable size and style and does not include any cost of removal or installation. No labor or consequential damages will be allowed. This warranty shall be void if any unit is moved from the place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with the instruction of Warm Rain Corporation. Also, this warranty does not apply if a unit has been subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, or other damage caused by flood, fire or act of God. The obligations of Warm Rain Corporation are limited to those set forth in this warranty. No other obligations, expressed or implied, are assumed by Warm Rain Corporation.
