SAFETY.
As the bathroom is one of the more utilized rooms in the house for the young and the old, the Warm
Rain Friendly™ Showers & Tub/showers are here to make life more enjoyable and usable for everyone
of every age.
Our Friendly™ Series incorporates many different products, from the ¾" threshold showers to 60" x
60" showers to the tub/showers with grab bars and a fold-up seat in both 1-piece construction for new
homes/additions or sectional units for remodeling applications.
Every Friendly™ Shower and Tub/shower comes standard with ½” plywood backing encased between
two layers of fiberglass for the future installation of grab bars. The standard location of backing for all
showers is between 32"–38" above the floor for horizontal grab bars. The MN Code units will also have
backing for a 24" vertical grab bar on the wet wall.
All units may be ordered with the grab bars factory installed and for those units without a molded in
seat – a fold-up seat may be installed. Each model has many different options available and you may
customize any unit for your specific application. You may look at some of these options on page 46.
