The Flat Wall (Full Backing)

Specifications for Model: FW-44-FB, FW-45-FB, FW-44-A-FB, FW-45-A-FB, FW-44-B-FB, FW-45-B-FB, FW-44-C-FB, FW-45-C-FB

Warm Rain Models FW-44-FB (Right Hand) & FW-45-FB (Left Hand) bath fixture are constructed of reinforced polyester resin covered with a high gloss gel-coat of 18-20 mil. thickness. The reinforced fiberglass includes alumina tri-hydrate fire retardant and a minimum content of 18% fiberglass.

The bottom base of the unit is constructed of ½" end-grained Balsa wood sandwiched between 2 layers of reinforced fiberglass at a content no less than 18%. The base is an integral part of the unit.
This models will measure 60"L x 32 ½"D x 77"H x 17" Apron Height and has a textured bottom floor.

The models will be reinforced as per the diagram below.

MaxGuard® AB gelcoat with Microban® Antibacterial additive is an option for these models.

This Warm Rain module arrives on site fully tested, inspected, and certified to meet or exceed the precise standards established by the FHA/HUD, (materials bulletin 73), American National Standards Z-124.1 and Z-124.2, ASTM/E-84, and is certified by the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).

FW-44-A-FB/ FW-45-A-FB: Models includes Grab Bars

The grab bars will be factory installed. The grab bars will be 1 ½" outside diameter ADA compliant stainless steel bars. There are 2- 24" horizontal grab bars and 2-36" horizontal grab bars. The wall reinforcement is wood fiberglassed into the unit. 1-24" grab bar on the wet wall will be placed 34.5" above the floor. 2-36" grab bars on the back wall will be placed 34.5" and 26.5" above the floor. 1-24" grab bar will be placed opposite the wet wall at 34.5" above the floor.

FW-44-B-FB/FW-45-B-FB: Models includes Grab Bars & Fold-up Seat

The grab bars will be factory installed. The grab bars will be 1 ½" outside diameter ADA compliant stainless steel bars. There are 3-24" horizontal grab bars, and 1-12" grab bar installed on the unit. The wet wall will have 1-24" grab bar located 34.5" above the floor. 2-24" grab bars will be installed on the back wall and will be installed 34.5" and 26.5" above the floor. 1-12" grab bar will be placed on the dry wall. The ADA compliant seat will be factory installed, the seat will support a minimum of 250 lbs. The wall reinforcement is wood fiberglassed into the unit. The seat will be placed on top of the apron 18" above the floor and 6" from the back wall. The seat is a phenolic white ADA compliant seat.

FW-44-C-FB/FW-45-C-FB: Models includes Grab Bars, Fold-Up Seat, Pressure Balance Valve, Hand held Shower with Slide Bar, Vacuum Breaker, Tub Diverter Spout, Curtain Rod with Hangers

The grab bars will be factory installed. The grab bars will be 1 ½" outside diameter ADA compliant stainless steel bars. There are 3-24" horizontal grab bars and 1-12" grab bar installed on the unit. The wet wall will have 1-24" grab bar located 34.5" above the floor. 2-24" grab bars will be installed on the back wall and will be installed 34.5" and 26.5" above the floor. 1-12" grab bar will be placed on the dry wall. The ADA compliant seat will be factory installed, the seat will support a minimum of 250 lbs. The wall reinforcement is wood fiberglassed into the unit. The seat will be placed on top of the apron 18" above the floor and 6" from the back wall. The seat is a phenolic white ADA compliant seat. 1-Symmons Temptrol Valve & Kit model # S-25-400-B30-V-X-2000 will include a Temptrol 2000 pressure balance valve, Hand held shower with 30" bar, Vacuum breaker, & a Tub diverter spout. Also, 1-Seachrome 5’ Curtain rod with hangers will be included with the unit.
